28-Jul-2008 Buckingham acted as financial adviser to Domestic & General Group in the disposal of Pet Protect Ltd, a provider of pet insurance, to Pethealth, Inc of Ontario, Canada. Pethealth Inc. is the second largest provider of accident and illness insurance for dogs and cats to pet owners in North America.
