Prior to becoming a founder Director, Ian's career has spanned positions in industry and banking as well as lead advisory.
Ian is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) having trained with Deloitte in London and holds the CF qualification.
Ian specialises on advising on transactions in the Business Services sector. His mergers and acquisitions experience, his area of specialisation, goes back over 20 years. He has advised numerous institutional owners, owner-managers and management teams on successful business sales, fundraisings and management buy-outs.
He serves as Vice Chairman of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and is a former Board member of IMAP.
