Prior to becoming a founder Director, Ian's career has spanned positions in industry and banking as well as lead advisory.
Ian is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Touche Ross in London (now Deloitte).
Ian's Mergers and Acquisitions experience, his area of specialisation for the last 20 years, covers the whole breadth of industrial and service sectors. He has advised numerous institutional owners, owner-managers and management teams on successful business sales, fundraisings and management buy-outs.
He serves as a Director on the Board of IMAP and is Vice Chairman of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
