Until early 2001, Michael served as Finance Director of Princedale Group plc, which together with Stephen Bennett, he founded in April 1990.
Together they were responsible for the corporate activity which Princedale carried out. He was also responsible for running Princedale's largest subsidiary, which he turned from a loss maker into a profitable business within six months.
Under his stewardship three similar businesses were acquired by Princedale. Prior to joining Princedale he was a Mergers and Acquisitions director at Deloitte Corporate Finance. Michael is a South African-trained Chartered Accountant.
