Stephen was until early 2001 the Chairman and Chief Executive of Princedale Group plc, a fully listed group on the London Stock Exchange.
Together with Michael Simson, he founded Princedale in 1990. During this time Princedale was involved in three equity raising exercises, sixteen acquisitions and twelve disposals.
Prior to joining Princedale, Stephen was head of Mergers and Acquisitions for UK and Europe at Deloitte Corporate Finance, now part of PriceWaterhouse Coopers. He was also a member of the Management Team which ran the UK practice of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, a firm of 5,500 people. Stephen is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Accountant and a member of the Institute of Taxation.
